12.07.08 In honor of a life changing event two years ago Annikah has changed her name to Fugue. We meet on Friday and quickly agreed to forget composing and instead jammed for four hours. Exploring an organic approach. 11.10.08 Work has officially begun on the new album: Glitch. 09.05.08 Lee Presson (Lee Presson and the Nails), Pixie Bleu and I will be performing as Cuir Bleu for the Folsom Street Fair. The show will be the evening before the street fair (27th) and held at the SF Citadel. See you there! 08.17.08 Currently in discussions with our record label to release the back catalog of AT tracks and demos. All told it’s about four hours worth of material. I’m going over masters and finding out what is in the vault that is playable. Over the years the recordings have been stored on many formats (reels, Hi8, DAT, ADAT, Syquest, Zip, etc...) that we no longer have players for! If the budget is released and the technology willing, “Shattered: Experiments 1984-1999 Volumes I-V” would be released over the 2008-2009 time frame. 08.01.08 I will be performing a one song intro to tonight’s Cuir Bleu show at the SF Citadel. Nick Cave’s “the ship song” 05.20.08 Annikah and I are headed into the studio to record the first new AT track in eight years. 04.05.08 On April 21, 23, and 27th Berkeley Cable Television Channel 28 and 24 will be airing a performance by the classic lineup of Audio Terrorist (Kalib [me], Annikah and Pyke). 02.16.08 The show was a success raising over $2000 for Gobo’s battle. In the end, Cuir Bleu played as well and we made it a Hybrid show. I’m very pleased with the result. More details soon... 10.31.07 Preliminary production on a music video for the remix of Stupid have begun. Discussions around a live show spring 2008 have started with the guitarist already selected. 2008 should blow out some of the dust that was gathering here at AT. 08.25.07 The hard drive containing all of the past masters of the songs and videos has died. We are looking into the painful thought (expensive)of a data server to store the past 17 years of music digitally and to recover the hard drive.
